The sliding exercises are perfectly suited to an effective and intensive training for the whole body, injury prevention, daily HIIT training and recovery from knee and shoulthe injuries.

With 6D SLIDING, multiple intensive full-body training and strength-building exercises can be performed individually. This combination of different sliding exercises allow a variety of training routines with controllable degrees of difficulty.

6D SLIDING is an effective, all-round training equipment developed for strength and stamina improvement and can be installed on smooth ceilings, flooring or walls anywhere. 6D Sliders are suitable for all types of fitness training and can be used alone or in tandem with and can individually for itself or in combination with another device being used.

On the 6-directional training platform, you have unlimited access to a lot of training instructions and exercises. Using 6D Sliding, you'll improve body stability, sense of balance, strength and stamina, amongst others.
