Ein sehr gut verarbeiteter, robuster Bauchtrainer, der eine wunderbare Trainingshilfe ist. Er rollt sehr gut ab, die bewegliche Kopfablage ist bequem. Die Haptik ist durch die gummierten Griffe hervorragend.

Der Bauchtrainer Ab Dominox ist ein recht stabiles Trainingsgerät (gut verschraubt) und fordert die gesamte Bauchmuskulatur, was allerdings anfangs ziemlich rasch zu einem Muskelkater führen kann. Also die Sache langsam angehen und erst nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit steigern. Ich werde das Training mit einem Ergometer ergänzen.

Der Bauchtrainer ist sehr stabil, die Kopfablage ist bequem. Das Gerät rollt super ab und verrutscht nicht bei den Übungen, da es etwas schwerer ist als übliche Bauchtrainer.

Es el mejor aparato de este estilo que he comprado en mi vida, el montaje no es complicado ya que en las instrucciones aparece claro un dibujo con indicaciones. Respecto al uso, nunca fue tan fácil hacer abdominales, lo hemos probado mi mujer y yo y estamos encantados ya no tenemos excusa para no hacer deporte. El apoyo de los brazos hace que sea muy sencillo todo.

Konnte den Bauchtrainer in meiner Reha ausprobieren und war sehr zufrieden mit der Ausführung/Ergebnis der Übungen! Deswegen für mich eine klare Kaufentscheidung - der Aufbau ist einfach und verständlich! Nun kann ich zu Hause weitertrainieren!!

Wie immer eine rasche und unkomplizierte Lieferung. Dafür gibt es 5 Sterne. Leider gibt es diesmal allerdings ein paar Abzüge: 1.) der Aufbau ist zwar easy - wenn man es kapiert hat, wie es funktioniert (Gebrauchsanweisung nicht hilfreich - da muss man schon mehr mit Hausverstand arbeiten) 2. die Lieferung war nicht vollständig. Dachte zuerst, aufgrund der negativen Reaktionen zur Kopfstütze "wird halt so sein", bis ich dann feststellte, dass das Drehgelenk nicht mitgeliefert wurde (stand auch nicht auf der Liste der einzelnen Teile). Hab nur die Bilder am Karton genauer angeschaut und gesehen, dass da was fehlen muss. Hoffe, meine Reklamation wird umgehend bearbeitet und das fehlende Teil nachgeliefert, dann würde ich auf 4 Sterne erhöhen.... [Read more]
