Der Balance-Trainer war für mich eine super Investition. Sonst habe ich meine Übungen immer nur auf der Matte zu Hause gemacht, mit dem Balance-Trainer hat man sehr viel mehr Möglichkeiten. Außerdem ließ der Muskelkater nicht lange auf sich warten...

Ein guter Balancetrainer. Seit ich das Ding benutze, sind meine Kniebeschwernden fast verschwunden. Training auf instabilem Untergrund wird insgesamt viel zu selten gemacht.
