Combine all advantages of a power cage with those of a cable pull system with the adidas Power Rack Home Rig. The cage is easy to mount and can be anchored in the floor with bolts.
The supports mounted on the sides ensure safety during a training with a high weight and make an independent training without a training partner possible. The weights can be comfortably and space-efficiently stored on the lateral holders and are always ready to hand during the training.
The cable pull is equipped with weight plates and is hence individually adjustable. Due to the provided handles and straps, you can do many exercises - for which usually a multitude of further training devices is required.
