The suspension of the Adidas Treadmill T19 is its most characteristic feature. The suspension makes exercising on the treadmill very easy on the joints allowing for longer running sessions without problems. A further comfortable feature is the running surface of 140cm x 51cm.
Longer training sessions are no problem for the treadmill with its powerful 3.5 HP motor. The motor can reach up to 20 km/h and maximal incline of 15%. In total there are 24 training programs pre-set on the 8” display. Along with the user defined training programs you can find the advanced HIIT or Steady State cardio programs. The training can of course also be manually set. You can also change the speed, incline and duration of the exercise at any time during training.
As part of the standard equipment with the Adidas Treadmill T19 are, among others, a bottle holder, tablet holder and a fan, which provides a cool and comfortable feeling during training.
Other features are an USB port, a headphone jack and transport wheels, which allow for easy transport of the treadmill from A to B. The Adidas Treadmill T19 is furthermore foldable. This makes it even easier to store the treadmill around in your home. With the ”soft drop” function, the running surface is easily lowered.
Heart rate monitoring is made possible with either the built in hand sensors or through a separately available chest strap. With these it is easier to monitor the training and to make the exercises more variable. To control your results, you can conduct a body fat test after your training.
