Three dimensional strength training with the Taurus Core Trainer

Your muscles are no longer demanded one-sided but evenly in many versatile ways with the Taurus Core Trainer. Just place a barbell bar in the device and you can do dynamic press, traction or rotation movements with a maximum range of movement, because the installed swivel of the Taurus Core Trainer allows horizontal and vertical pivoting. The acting forces do not demand muscles in an isolated way but demand a multitude of different muscle groups at the same time. Back, abs, and hip muscles are excellently demanded; those muscles, which are also called core muscles are the base for several everyday movements and complex whole body exercises.

In contrast to many standard versions, the Taurus Core Trainer offers the possibility to use either a 30mm or a 50mm rod. The basis of the Taurus Core Trainer can be weighed down with additional weights and offers a safe and sturdy stability even for training with higher weights. Using the provided handle, you can do two-handed exercises as well as the popular T-Bar rowing, one of the most effective strength workouts for shaping a strong and well-built back muscles.

Het beste wat ik niet gebruikte. Train nu full body met de landmine. Getipt door een trainingmaat, kan hier zo veel mee nu.

Neemt weinig plaats in en geschikt voor spiergroepen zoals: rug, schouders benen en borst mee te trainen. Aanrader!

Uitermate degelijk en functioneel product. Aanzienlijk robuuster dan op het plaatjes. Ook de afwerking is erg goed. Aanzienlijk beter dan men zou mogen verwachten voor deze prijs. Naast een goede kwaliteit, snelle levering, garantievoorwaarden, zijn wij ook bijzonder goed te spreken over de klantvriendelijkheid van Fithsop. Heb door de jaren heen een groot aantal leveranciers mogen meemaken maar geen enkele toonde zoveel begrip voor zijn klanten als deze organisatie. Buitengewoon goed.

Der Taurus Core Trainer ist ein super Trainingsgerät um Rotions- sowie Schulterübungen durchzuführen. Die Verarbeitung ist tadelos auch ohne Beladung mit Zusatzgewicht kann man super trainieren. Ich nutze für das Training eine 30mm Hantelstange durch die zusätzliche 30mm Aufnahme kann diese zusätzlich zur 50mm genutzt werden. Das Gerät ist auf einen Durchmesser von 50mm ausgelegt. Der zusätzliche Handgriff kann wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt nur mit einer 50mm Hantelstange verwendet werden. Dasselbe gilt auch für die Aufnahmen für die Hantelstangen. Alles im allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Zwei kleine negative Punkte möchte ich noch erwähnen. Die Schraube zur Befestigung des Zusatzgriffes sollte durch eine weitere Schraube mit Griff ergänzt werden (wie bereits eine beiliegt) Weiterhin wären zusätzliche Aufnahmen für Gewichscheiben sowie Hantelstangen mit 30mm Durchmesser super....
